Here’s what one looks like with me whether you’re a first-time buyer or seasoned homeowner:

STEP ONE

Know exactly what you’re looking for? Bed/bath count, yard, garage, neighborhood, etc.? Awesome! You’re a step ahead! Not quite as sure? No worries. We’ll have a thorough chat about your needs and wants so we both leave with your list of must-haves that will guide your home search.

Step tWO

Next, we’ll run the numbers inside and settle on your price range. There’s nothing more burdensome to homeowners than overpaying for a home so rest assured, I won’t let that happen.

STEP THREE

No need to become a neighborhood expert — that’s my job! After discussing your wants, we’ll discuss neighborhoods to zero in on where you’d like to call home.

STEP FOUR

Before we part ways, we'll land on a timeline that works for you — you tell me when you want to be in your new home, and I'll make it happen.

The Buying Process

01 The Search

I am available at any time to help you find your ideal home, utilizing powerful and efficient tools.

03 Under Contract

When the seller accepts your offer, you “go under contract" and your earnest money is due to the listing agency. I will then get to work on all the particulars.

05 Closing Day

Bring your driver’s license to the Signing Appointment. Your next steps will be into your new home!

When you find the right home, you should present a competitive offer right away.

04 The Inspection

Within a few days of the offer being accepted, inspections are performed to ensure the property is right for you

06 Move In & Enjoy

The home is yours to love. Make sure to notify important contacts, utilities, etc., of your move.
