.@Ask_Spectrum I don’t know what is going on in Dallas, but there have been multiple service interruptions all week. The internet keeps dropping. I call your service # and can never get through to a live person. I dropped @Uverse for you, I’m reconsidering that.

For a communications company @ATT doesn’t communicate very well. App is crashed and their help center has dropped my call twice. How about doing American business in America and not farming it out to Botswana!

Still remarkably cheaper than I ever had with UVerse, DISH, Directv, et al. And I can cancel any single thing, or all of it, at any time. Not bad, IMO.

Thanks @ATT once again I have to have my 9th tech come out to fix the internet. I pay nearly $300 dollars to even have 1 GB upload speed. Still you have no new packages. I’ve been you’re customer for 2 years without 1 late payment or anything and this is what I get. Nice
