On April 4, 2016, FirstCare Family Doctors – Thompson Street, a Medical Associates of Northwest Arkansas (MANA) clinic, movedto 4401 South Thompson Street in Springdale. At the newFirstCare Thompson Streetlocation,Karl Haws, DO, will be joined by John Nolen, MD; Kin Hood, MD; and Jason Vickery, MD.
The new FirstCare Thompson Street clinic is located in a brick building on the corner of Thompson Street and Shady Grove Drive, just north of the Springdale Country Club. Drs. Nolen, Vickery and Hood have practiced at the location since 2012 as part of a local hospital system.

Kin Hood, MD, has amedical degree at UAMS in Little Rock and his undergraduate degree at the University of Arkansas Fayetteville. He is Board Certified in Family Medicine by the American Board of Family Practice and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Family Medicine. He has earned both the Patients Choice Award and the Compassionate Doctor Award.
John Nolen, MD, did his undergraduate work at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville and his medical degree at UAMS. He is Board Certified in Family Medicine by the American Board of Family Practice and is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians.
Jason Vickery, MD, finished his undergraduate degree at Hendrix College in Conway and then completed his medical degree at UAMS. He is Board Certified in Family Medicine by the American Board of Family Practice. Dr. Vickery is an Ironman finisher and a cyclist.
FirstCare Thompson Streethours will be 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (closed noon to 1:00 p.m.) Monday through Thursday, and 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Friday.
