Is Osteo Bi-Flex gluten free? ›

All Osteo Bi-Flex®products are gluten-free except our Triple Strength + Turmeric.

If you are vegan, avoid Osteo Bi-Flex as animal products are used in the manufacturing of chondroitin and UC-II collagen. As a general rule, dietary supplements should be avoided in children as well as people who are pregnant or breastfeeding unless under the supervision of a healthcare provider.

Common adverse effects include nausea, diarrhea, constipation, stomach pain, gas, bloating, hair loss, and puffy eyelids.
